What does the CFW program include for weight loss?
Medical Supervision: Every step of the program is taken under strict medical supervision. Our providers and medical staff monitor your progress and well-being and are easily accessible.
Our program incorporates medical assessments, supplements, FDA approved medications and carefully designed dietary and exercise plans to ensure that you achieve optimal health in reaching your weight-loss goal.
Education and information are a key component of our program. We educate you each step of the way, so that you understand exactly what is happening to your body and have the knowledge to take the program with you and make informed choices for the rest of your life.
What makes Center For Wellness (CFW) different from other medical weight loss programs?
We are a physician-owned clinic by Crystal Dyer, MD. Dr. Dyer, a Tennessee native, is board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, the Obesity Medicine Association, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the Tennessee Medical Association. Dr. Dyer is 1 of only 23 physicians in the state of Tennessee and 1600 nationwide certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Dyer supervises the world-class staff of providers, nurses, and medical assistants at Center for Wellness and is available by appointment.
